Accessibility statement
We see great importance in providing equal service to all customers and surfers and in improving the service provided to customers and surfers with disabilities. Therefore we invest a lot of resources in making our website accessible in order to make it more available for people with disabilities.
Website accessibility
The website’s accessibility is intended to make it more available, friendly and convenient to use for people with special needs, which stem from, among other things, various motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, myopia, blindness or color blindness, hearing impairments, as well as elderly people.
We make efforts for our website to meet the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations 2013, at the required standard level. We also implement the recommendations of the WCAG2.0 document from the W3C organization.

Building accessibility arrangements
Below are the existing accessibility arrangements at our office, which is located at 6 Deborah HaNaviya, Kfar Saba:
* There is a sequence of access from the parking lot through the entrance to our office – ground floor.
* A service animal intended to assist a person with a disability is allowed to enter our office even though the office is intended for self-collection only.
